Return & Refund Policy
At Layer Me Gently, every 3D printed item is made with care and inspected before it leaves our shop. Because our products are handmade/printed to order, the following policy applies.
🖨️ Returns
We accept returns on ready-made, non-personalized 3D printed items within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
🚫 Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested 3D prints are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
💰 Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/pickup and provide photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
⚠️ 3D Print Characteristics
3D printed products are individually produced and may have minor variations, including:
Small layer lines or surface imperfections
Slight variations in color or finish
Minor differences from product photos
Small print artifacts that do not affect the item’s function
These normal characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund.
🛍️ Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, and certain event-specific or promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
